  • Ensure 24x7 availability of business critical systems/applications.
  • Log record of support activities in company troubleshooting ticketing system.
  • Escalate difficult cases to internal technical support functions, external telco/ISP/equipment
  • vendors, etc.
  • Provide IT support remotely assistance via telephone and remote desktop tools.
  • IT-related educational degree will be an added advantage
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows platform.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010/ Office 365 including PowerPoint and
  • Outlook
  • Experience providing effective IT support to remote users
  • Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting skills
  • Network printing and print queue troubleshooting skills
  • Experience troubleshooting mobile messaging devices (Exchange ActiveSync, Windows
  • Mobile, Blackberry, Nokia, iPhone, etc.) a plus.
