POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Key Areas of responsibility

• Working closely with vendors for project deployment / site management with strict timelines
• Providing updates to Customers - Daily / weekly / monthly reporting activity
• Coordinating and monitoring the performance of vendors as per agreed SLA
• Handling of customer escalations to ensure prompt resolution
• Internal reporting
• Hold performance reviews with vendors / customers
• Effective Performance Measurement thru important metrics    
• Calculate SLA penalties
• Handle vendor billing issues and ensure resolution
• Execute in compliance with NCR’s policies and procedures
• Represents NCR in a manner that reflects positively on the image and reputation of the company
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in coordinating with vendors and/or customers
• Computer-literate in MS Office applications / Excel (Pivot tables, logical formula’s).
• Experience in Front-Line Customer Service /Vendor environment
• Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within a team.
