Job Description

Providing assistance for customers and employees via phone, email, or chat.
Act as first point of contact for client & customers.
Support on resolving issues and challenges for staff and customer.
Requires Interpersonal abilities, Problem-solving  skills and good communication.
Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Monitor and manage ticket queues in help desk software.
Provide feedback on how to improve customer support processes and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools
