Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Meet with clients and provide outstanding customer service to all clients, employees, and visitors of the premises
2. Assist clients and employees in a friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary
3. Understand all essential aspects of our services
4. Build an extensive knowledge base of local area restaurants, shops, attractions, transportation options, and airports
5. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all vendors and merchants
6. Support operations partners and vendors by delivering communication to managers and guests daily
7. Work collaboratively with any site associates and resources
Who can apply:
1. Hotel management or aviation degree/diploma with a concentration in concierge, front desk, and customer service
2. Minimum 1-year of concierge experience in reputed 5-star hotels preferred
3. Familiarity with location, neighborhood, and local attractions, including all availed services
4. Working knowledge of office software, telephone handling, customer relationship, and phone systems
