Job Responsibilities:
●The Team Member in addition to doing all the work of a Butcher, is also in charge of training all the new joiners or any other team members that need their skills sharpened
●The Team Member is responsible for the FEFO and inventory of his/her production line
The Team Member is responsible of the yield per carcass and for all the butcher reporting into him/her.

Technical:
Competent in weighing, wrapping and displaying cuts of meat according to specified instructions.
