General Roles/Responsibilities:
· Over all responsibilities of the allotted area.
· To promote all the Marketing and After service team to achieve the sales target
· Responsible for market survey potential working target fixing and dealer network development.
· Dividing target to marketing executives.
· Forming policy and price pattern, advertisement and other matters to achieve targets.
· Control and monitoring receivables.
· New product launch and product feedback.
· Competitor’s activity feedback.
· Arrangement of seminars/Exhibition/camps etc.
· Development of service centers and Co- ordination for after sales service.
· Brand building.
· Account settlement of Dealers/ Distributors.
· Auditing of branch including expenses stock reconciliation etc.,
· Controlling of expenses with in limit fixed by company.
· Tour plan review and performance appraisals (self and Team).
· Dealer handling, Motivation and relation development.
· Sales promotion and field canvassing.
· Reporting and documentation as per company system.
