Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about courses.
Promptly answer & support related chats.
Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary
Update customer information in the database during and after each call
Answers incoming customer calls regarding general inquiries, concerns, and requests
Typing speed: 45+
1+ Years experience required.
Should be flexible working in 24*7 rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
Should have strong analytical skills.
