About the position:

Live chat Support Executive is customer support professionals who are ready to answer your queries in real-time. They often appear on websites, welcoming you and asking if you need any help or assistance. Live chat agents are the solution to providing 24/7 interaction with customers. It is their duty to be readily available to provide help or a solution in real-time.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about courses.
Promptly answer & support related chats.
Follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers where necessary
Update customer information in the database during and after each call
Answers incoming customer calls regarding general inquiries, concerns, and requests

Eligibility Criteria:

Typing speed: 45+
1+ Years experience required.
Should be flexible working in 24*7 rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
Should have strong analytical skills.
Graduates can apply (B.Tech, BCA, Bsc IT & CS, BE)
Excellent command over the English language with an ability to write concisely
Follow predefined (as trained) support procedures and policies.
