Kotak Bank Phone Banking Officer ((Credit Cards / Privileged Customers))- Inbound (Solving customer queries + Upselling).
- Attend the inbound calls of customers in Retail Liabilities and process the queries & requests to customer's satisfaction.
- Identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call
- Ensure customer “delight” and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues
Designation : Assistant Manager (M1 Grade) / Deputy Manager (M2 Grade)
Graduate Fresher or Experienced (Around 1 - 2 years of Experience of which 6 months of Customer Service experience is preferred) - M1 Grade
Shift timings : Females: 9 hours between 7am to 8pm Males: 24x7
Weekly Off :5 days working (2 Rotational Offs)Age : 20 - 32 years
