About Process : >Inbound (Solving customer queries + Upselling)
>Attend the inbound calls of customers in Retail Liabilities and process the queries & requests to customer's satisfaction
>Identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call
>Ensure customer “delight” and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues
>Calling Credit cards / HNI customers for various service and sales related campaigns
>Targets on conversions and cross selling
>Cross selling of various bank products>Build and deepen relationships with customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues through the phone banking channel
>Inform Customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship>Offering Financial products like (Investment, Insurance, Mutual Funds, etc.) to Prospective customers

>Provide customer service to  bank customers

Location : Thane ,Vashi, Andheri, Ghasnoli

Excellent Communication skills

Salary :- 15,000 to 23,000

Basic Incentives 

Weekly Off :- Sunday  Fixed off / Alternative Saturday OFF
