Job Title: Technical Support (Non voice)

Key Qualifications:

Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good Knowledge on Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications
Multitasking and coordination skills.
Team Player.
Well versed with technology (understanding of networks,
monitoring, DBMS, Windows)
Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate
situations and immediately provide effective solutions

Job roles and responsibilities

  • As a technical support employee, you'll be monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organisation in a technical support role. 

  • If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or emails issues, you'll be the first person employees will come to. 

  • Tasks can include installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or email chat
