Supervisor :
1. Very good exposure and  hands on experience on CNC machining both Lathe & M/Cing center

1. Handle the shifts independently 

 2. Maintain safety inside the shop floor 

 3. Good HK practices to be maintained 

 4. Adhere to 5 S standards 

 5. Drive JH in the shop and ensure audit score is >90% 

 6. Maintenance of all document as per IATF 

 7. Quick reflex and implement recovery actions quickly to recover all machine losses 

 8. Line balancing and optimum use of Men & Machines 

 9. Optimum focus on Safety & Quality

Quality --1 position 1. Complete CMM inspection and follow up all reports 2. Line inspection coordination 3. Final inspection of parts as per CP 4. Dock audit

Shop --1 position 1. Focus on all Manual area and ensure ourput as per plan 2, Train the casual workers on Deburring,fettling Leaktest . 3. Complete ERP documentation pertaining to shop
