Position Title: Holiday Consultant

Reports to: Take Over Manager

Supervises: N/A

Location: Noida

CTC : Fresher’s -1.80 lacs to 2.5 Lacs + Incentives
Exp : 1-5 years -From 3 lacs up to 4 lacs+ Incentives

Major Functions:

We are looking for a high- performing Holiday Consultant to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth tasks by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø You will work with potential customers in a direct - sales environment and inside sales.

Ø Your endeavour would be to meet and exceed assigned sales targets

Profile:

Ø Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment

Ø Preparing pre-sales proposals for prospective clients

Ø Delivering inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales

Ø Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities

Ø Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service

Ø Being updated on new products and services

Ø Provide necessary support in booking first time holiday for new members and generate quality referrals from them

Required Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years’ working experience into Sales.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Public relations, Sales & Marketing.

• Qualification or experience into Sales.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.

Fluent spoken and written English. Excellent management and coordination skills.

Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedules.

Has a strong stakeholder focus and service-oriented attitude.

Plans and organizes/ manages the job independently and pro-actively. A strong interest in conservation
