Job Description:
Role: Sales Executive
Key Deliverables: Driving sales targets of the assigned location. Developing emerging locations by organizing regular promotional activities. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organizations products/services Maintain high standard of customer service and manage servicing from the nearest Hub branch Adherence to underwriting guidelines, compliance guidelines and risk management framework. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas Complete control of NPA and Collections / overdue cases sourced and their overall reduction to minimal. Education & Age Should be minimum 12th pass, preferably graduate Should have basic proficiency in local language Should be not more than 32 years of age Experience Should have minimum 6 months of experience preferably in Affordable business segment Should be well-versed with the geography, market competitors and market opportunities Should be keen to work in agile and multi-product business setup Should be strong in sales
