Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of all accessible areas (systems & components) of a property using modern technology and specialised tools uses normal operating controls, is designed to describe the condition of the systems and components, identifies and reports issues within specific systems and components, reports issues (with relevant pictures) that are both observed and deemed critical by the inspector, generates software driven home inspection reports.

Responsibilities

Undergo Professional Home inspection training to understand the process and use of tools.

Go to site for inspection.

Prepare reports of inspection.

coordinate and lead the team.

Qualifications

BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering with strong technical knowledge

Minimum 2-3 years of site work experience

Good oral and writing communication skills

Good Observation skills, reasoning ability, curiosity, to learn new things and report preparation skills.

Ability to manage teams and execute tasks within timeline

Good Command over over MS office and basic computer applications.

Having a 2 wheeler is an advantage.
