Primary roles & responsibilities include:

• Ensure preparation of documentation to empanel our project with bank
  
• Getting the project approval from banks
  
• Develop and maintain a cordial relationship with bankers for smooth transactions
  
• Handle complains & objections of customers & bankers
  
• Should be fearless, optimistic and quick learner
  
• Should have excellent persuasion skills, target orientation and tactfulness
  
• Must have relevant experience in home and personal loans
  

Basic requirements include:

• Must have a two-wheeler
  
• Keen interest in field work
  
• Good communication
  
• Excellent presentation skills
  
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Completed)
  
• Experience: 0-5 year’s relevant experience
  
• Salary: INR 14,000 + Incentives
