We are hiring Guest Relations Executive having hands on experience preferably from Hospitality industry. The candidate should be Diploma holder or any Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in Hospitality industry.
The Job Description are as mentioned below:
1. The candidate should have good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
2. The candidate should ensure good customer experience by welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way. Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
3. Arranging and attending meeting with customers.
4. Anticipating and responding to their needs, listening to and resolving complaints and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
5. Coordinate and manage communication between guests and fellow staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns.
6. The candidate should be able to take care of Guest Relationship, Housekeeping, Front office, and General Administration.
7. The candidate should be able to handle administrative matters including screening calls, planning meetings and composing documents,
