Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain excellent customer relations with the guests
2. Ensure that customer satisfaction is always a priority for the staff
3. Make financial reports on the basis of operational activities and expenses
4. Handle customer complaints patiently and professionally and resolve them on time
5. Improve guest satisfaction by providing extraordinary customer service
6. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
7. Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
2. Proven experience in property and hospitality management
3. Freshers can also apply
4. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
5. Familiarity with property management apps
6. Understanding of industry trends and best practices
