About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that guests are seated and provided with menus promptly
2. Ensuring efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations, ensuring an exceptional level of service is maintained at all times
3. Assisting in the setup and preparation and providing service duties for functions as required
4. Supporting the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring that all front-of-house and guest areas are well-maintained at all times
