Job Description

Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed under the supervision of a manager and tenured staff. 
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, especially in writing reports and sorting files in the database.
Help in overseeing daily hotel operations, like facilities maintenance
Assist during training for personnel
Take part in deciding pricing and offered services
Help in building an exemplary rule of conduct to ensure customer’s satisfaction
Deal with customers’ complaints, when necessary
