Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Keep a tab on the SOPs
2. Provide daily reports on sales, inventory, and customer reviews
3. Interact with customers to collect their feedback on every order
4. Help with creating content for marketing by clicking pictures/shooting videos on the phone
5. Run the store more like a leader than a manager
6. Play music, and play board games with customers, and colleagues
