1. Collaborate with the food & beverage production team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experience
2. Assist in menu planning and development, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
3. Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
4. Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of food and beverage services
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings
