Job Description

Housekeeping Attendants

Stock and sort supplies.
Vacuum, clean, dust and polish guest rooms.
Make beds, change sheets, and remove and replace used towels and toiletries.
Hotel Room Cleaning. Perhaps the single most important duty linked to the role of room attendant is the cleaning of hotel rooms.
Quality Control.
Cleaning of Communal Spaces.
Laundry Services.
Representing Hotel Culture
Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards.
Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
