Require housekeeping cum Pantry staff for office of 7 people. His job is dry and wet mopping, dusting and cleaning of furniture, maintaining self contained washroom, and giving water and tea to the staff and client using vendor machine in the pantry section of office.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office pantry, kitchen, and common areas.
Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and light refreshments to staff and visitors.
Monitor and replenish pantry supplies, including beverages, snacks, and utensils.
Assist in the distribution of documents and packages.
Keep track of inventory and place orders for pantry and office supplies as needed.
Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are tidy and well-stocked with necessary items.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture for various office events.
Perform basic cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and wiping surfaces.
Assist with general office tasks, including photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
Assist in running errands as required, such as purchasing office supplies.
Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling and disposal of waste.
Provide courteous and helpful assistance to employees and visitors when required.
