Monitors inventory of all housekeeping supplies ensuring that staff has the necessary supplies available to perform their assignments.
Receives and confirms deliveries of supplies and services.
Continually seeks to develop housekeeping policies and procedures to improve the current operation.
Assists in the training and development of all housekeeping Boys/Maids. Demonstrate leadership and training to staff.
Assists in managing preparation of schedules and workloads for housekeeping staff ensuring maximum efficiency.
Monitors residentâ€™s complaints and takes corrective action when necessary.
Prepares and reviews daily housekeeping reports.
Check if the various checklists are filled at the frequency instructed in the suggested formats.
Brief all Supervisors at the end of each shift.
Monitor that the staff is cleaning in the required manner in order to ensure that the surfaces are maintained in the best possible way and to enhance their longevity.
Establish schedule and plan daily work assignments.
