HP OO - Operations Orchestration-Automation Engineer

Mandatory Skills: HP OO - Operations Orchestration-L2, HP CSA - Cloud Service Automation-L2 Core Java-L1, C# - CSharp-Programming-L1, VB.NET-L2, VB Scripting-L2

Desirable Skills: HP SA - Server Automation-L2

Language Skills: English Language-L1

Job Description:

  • Responsible for day to day operations in HPE CSA/OO
  • Make sure that Service Request initiated through HPECSA completes on time to meet Service Level Agreement agreed with customer 
  • When escalated by L1, troubleshoot flow failures along with platform technical teams and resume the failed flows
  • Develop OO flows/CSA Designs as and when required to enhance the service provided or to on-board new services into the Cloud Management Portal (MPP) 
  • Understand/Validate/Troubleshoot/modify (even development of small pieces) scripts/programs required to Orchestrate IT Infrastructure activities 
  • Troubleshoot issues and fix bugs in CSA/OO platform and its interfaces 
  • Responsible for applying horfixes/Service Pack/upgrade of HPE CSA/OO
