  • Managing the team size of ten &processing various HR operations, Induction, Training and development, Payroll inputs & HRIS.   
  • Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
  • Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Administering Time Management, compensation and benefit plans.
  • Should have excellent coordination skills and able to interaction with Talent Acquisition or Vendor Management Team in Multiple MNC’s.
  • Possess good knowledge about job portal and should have knowledge of Campus Hiring, Talent Acquisition, Bulk Hiring, Salary Break-up, Leaves & Attendance Management, Joining & Exit formalities.
  • Implementing new recruiting strategy on daily basis and should maintain a good rapport with the team member.
  • Generating new leads on monthly basis for vendor empanelmentand work strategically with clients to offer best in class recruitment solutions and managed services.
  • Should be able to travel for the client meetings and for campus drive as well.
  • Communication/Client relationship skills: Ability to build trusting relationships and interact/negotiate with Clients.
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers and Keeping record of client as well as candidate database.
  • Able to manage time and multiple priorities effectively.
