Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.

Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.

Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.

Oversee office management tasks such as facility maintenance and office supplies.

Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Organize company events and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Provide administrative support to senior management.
