Calling for quotation from various agencies and negotiating for rates/ services.
Ensuring Pest Control in the office premises on monthly basis
Responsible for all air tickets/ car bookings.
Managing the cafeteria good quality meals are served on time etc.
Coordinating with accounts for vendor bill payment
Coordinating with all departments & maintaining good interpersonal relations
Responsible for courier Inward & Outward,(Domestic & International.)
Maintain records of visiting cards, ID Cards, Housekeeping, Materials & Stationery.
Onboarding activities, joining, Inductions, Letter drafting. All types of HR letters.
