Desired Experience : 3-5 years relevant experience in HR & Administration at plant.
Knowledge of ISO/IMS documentation
Knowledge of PF, ESIC documentation
Knowledge of Biometric attendance system will be an added
advantage
Desired Age : around 25 to 30 years
Reporting To : Sr. Manager Commercial
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure payments for Electricity, Telephone etc. are made on time
Ensure that the Tax payment, Fitness certificate, Insurance, PUC etc of all Company
vehicles are paid maintained properly
Responsible for all banking related work
Maintain time keeping for all staffs & workers at the plants, and report irregularities to the
superior
Prepare payroll, maintain leave records, loans and advance, facilitate the opening of
bank account
Ensure proper hospitality of the visitors
Arrange transport, Hotel booking for visitors to plants
Maintain housekeeping at the plant
Skills
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Proficient in using MS Office or equivalent utilities.
