HR admin will act as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR related queries. As a priority, HR admin will handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and starter packs.

You will be expected to undertake some or all of the following:

• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Assist in the recruitment process
• Liaise with recruitment agencies
• Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
