About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Office Management: Supervise daily office operations, including managing administrative staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment
2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls
3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including employee records, financial records, and other important documents, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
4. Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies, equipment, and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery
5. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries
6. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and logistics
