Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities

HR functions:

  1. HR functions (Recruitments, File Maintenance, Leave Records, Attendance and Movement register maintenance)
  2. Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization, and ensure that the staff handbook is comprehensive and up-to-date.
  3. Ensure that staffs are aware of the policies and procedures as per hand book and able to operate them effectively. 
  4. Provide support to staff on HR issues, as and when required.
  5. Legal matters
  6. Provide orientation & Induction to new employees
  7. Oversee HR functions including recruitment, offer letter, issue of contracts KYS, bank and PF forms etc.

Administration:

  1. Vehicle Maintenance (Eg: Tax, Insurance, Fuel & Service, Repairs and maintenance, upkeep of records)
  2. Drivers allotment and supervision
  3. Building and Equipments maintenance (Eg: Tax, Insurance & repairs, AMC, preventive maintenance etc.)
  4. Computer maintenance (Hardware/Software/Email/Web management)
  5. Logistics for travel of functionaries, dealing with travel agents in booking air/train/bus tickets
  6. Purchases (Consumables, vehicles, computer software, building materials & electrical equipments)
  7. Disposal/ sale of old and junk office materials, consumables, assets including vehicles as per norms
  8. Public Relations - Guest service
  9. Supervise House Keeping and Office Assistant staff & Regional Office – HR & Admin
  10. Maintain inventory and Fixed Assets register (co-ordination with Accounts Department)
  11. Monitoring & Supervision of HR & Administration
  12. Estate management & records CO/RO/NGOs
  13. Oversee updation of Fixed Assets inventory
  14. Monitoring & supervision of the any other work assigned to HR & Admin Department
  15. Any other works assigned by RR/CEO from time to time.
