· Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
· Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
· Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
· Manage time office and Attendance.
· Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
· Manage and update ISO Documentation for the Department.
· Managing workplace safety issues
· Revise company policies
· Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
· Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
· Work with company Management to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
