Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and assist in recruitment process for each department
2. Conduct job analysis for each profile and develop respective employment technique
3. Assist, design and and develop new assessment measures for behavoural testing
4. Make independent decisions regarding the process and tools to be used
5. Analyse the results and create a summary based on the analysis
6. Suggest alternative tecnhiques for employment strategies to management
7. Work on relationship management with colleges and institutions
8. Take care of entire HR and admin activities
9. Manage day to day operations
10. Organise and maintain files and records
11. Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
12. Manage maintenance, repair and replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, etc.
13. Coordinate with variuos departments for administrative work
14. Keep a track record of AMC agreement, renewals, etc.
