Experience:- 1 -3 Years
Industry:- CA or Finance and Accouting
1. Meeting With clients and take assignment from them and allocate to respective team
2. HR related activities
3. Maintaining physical and digital records like employment contracts, business contract, and
vendor contracts etc.
4. Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies and explain to
Clients and employees
5. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
6. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by
7. Develop training and on boarding material
8. To fulfill day to day office requirement ( administration work)
9. Prepare monthly salary sheet and pay it out
10. Distribution of business Quotation to new clients and interaction with them
11. Preparation of business invoices (sales Invoice) and send it to clients.
12. Other HR and administration related Job
1. Experience as a HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant
2. Understanding various HR software systems, like CA Automation etc.
3. Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc.
4. Good understanding of labour laws
5. Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
6. Interpersonal with good communication skills
