Key Responsibilities
• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures.
• Works on problems of large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action.
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
• Normally receives general instructions on moderately complex work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
o Hold single point accountability for fulfilment of Resource Requisitions across organization and liaise with various fulfilment channels like Talent Acquisition, Vendor Management, Procurement, for both internal or external sourcing
o Understand Business Unit requirements, run focused war-room cadence calls to drive on-time, on-cost fulfilment and meet all fulfilment KPIs
o Acheive Metrics and KPIs around % Fulfillment, Past Dues, Overdues, Prioritized Fulfillment, Time to Fill, On Cost Fulfillment, On time Fulfillment, Cycle Time Improvements etc.,.
o Constantly monitor Bench and drive Demand to Supply, Supply to Capacity and Capacity to Demand Fulfillment Strategies.
o Review Bench, Upcoming Bench, and drive Fulfillment Calls with each and every Account across the Enterprise.
o Evaluate capacity in the organization and availability of supply pool, and agree on delivery plan exclusively goaled on Maximizing Internal Fulfillment.
o Ensure Requisition and Data Quality across the Requisitions.
o Ensure Data Quality in Fulfillment and Reporting is in pristine order.
o Ensure hiring processes are effective and recommend process improvements wherever required
o Collaborate with key leadership and stakeholder to understand growth plans for the business and plan for recruiting demand, validate Demand with the business stakeholders and ensure that all information around the demand including requirement dates Job Descriptions etc are accurate
o Define and set the sourcing strategy for specific channels based on the recruiting targets and budget and ensure that it is in line with the company’s business strategy. Influence decisions made affecting the sourcing or recruiting organization
Key Qualifications
o College or university degree or equivalent
o Excellent communication and relationship management skills
o Capability to understand and balance the impact of fulfilment decisions on all of the business outcomes (overdue demand, productivity, labor cost, employee engagement, etc). Understand and appreciate a project’s perspective on unfilled demand, and be able to communicate status, challenges, action/support needed from the project, etc. in order to fill demand
o Ability to remain confident under pressure and work with project teams collaboratively to address issues
o Understanding of financial implications of workforce, level, contractor usage, etc. as they are fulfilling the demand
o Strong commitment to exceptional customer experience, and a high level of dedication, enthusiasm, motivation, and persuasive ability in a team and cross-functional environment
o Excellent attention to detail, proactive self-starter
o Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
o Ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
o Exceptional influencing and leadership skills
