Job description - HR and Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
* Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Employee Engagement, Attendance and Leave Management
* Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
* Ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration.
* Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
* Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
* Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
* Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
* Manage employee grievances, Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
* Comfortable working in a highly visible role

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with good knowledge of English
* Good knowledge of Computers with MS Office
* Good knowledge of HRMS software like Husys or any other equivalent software
