Job Description

Dear Candidate,
We are Looking for HR and Admin Executive at Mumbai (Thane) with Service Provider Company 
Profile :- HR and Admin Executive
Salary :- As per company norms 
Location :- Mumbai (Thane)
Qualification :- Graduate 
Gender :- Male / Female
Experience :- Min 1 to 5 years
Job Description (Tentative JD) :- 
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records .
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Writing Emails in perfect ENGLISH, Indian standard !
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) .
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides .
  • Revise company policies .
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance .
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) .
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues .
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) .
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms .
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
