the tasks assigned by them
o Manage Facility of Corporate Office.
o Housekeeping, Security & office transport
o Cafeteria management (Employee Feedback & regular meeting with Food
Committee)
o Procurement of Administration requirements
o AMC of Air Conditioners, CCTV, Biometric etc
o Fire Alarm & Fire Hydrant Systems
o Parking of Senior Management & other designated staffs
o Engagement Activities, Celebrations, Events etc
o Internal & External Audits
o Housekeeping and reception management with their duty roster & Leaves
etc
o Event Management (Annual Day & other HR Employee engagement
activities)
o Stationery & Printing of Visiting Cards, Letterheads & Envelopes
o MIS Preparation for Budget/Actual expenses
o Statutory compliance documents and other legal documentation
o Coordinate with finance team for expenses related activities
