Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on carrying out all sorts of communication and handling confidential matters with discretion & work on employee management
2. Screen resumes and application forms
3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
4. Prepare HR-related reports as per requirements
5. Conduct research, identify & onboard relevant influencers and content creators in the industry
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to develop long-term partnerships
7. Provide orientation on brand guidelines, content preferences, and collaboration processes
8. Maintain regular communication with influencers throughout the campaign

Requirements:

1. Only female candidates are required
2. Bachelor's degree in HR, marketing, communications, or a related field
3. Proven work experience in HR, influencer marketing, or a similar role
4. Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with influencers
