Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR and PR Manager to join our growing team. This role combines human resources management with public relations efforts to promote the company’s brand and build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for people management and brand building.

As an HR and PR Manager, you will oversee employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management, while also driving our public image and media relations strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and values.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee performance through regular appraisals, coaching, and training initiatives.
  • Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and compensation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs to promote a healthy and motivated workforce.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure confidentiality and data security.

Public Relations:

  • Develop and execute effective PR strategies to build and maintain the company’s brand image and reputation.
  • Manage media relations and act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.
  • Organize events, conferences, and press briefings to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials to enhance the company’s presence and credibility in the market.
  • Handle crisis communication, if necessary, to protect and manage the company's reputation.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR campaigns and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.(Hindi, English, Tamil)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR software, and social media platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for both people management and brand building.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
