Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with the HR team to develop engaging training content
2. Draft creative content for promotional flyers/ banners for HR announcements
3. Assist the training manager once the training needs analysis is made for the employees and prepare the training calendar
4. Manage learning & development initiatives
5. Develop in-house training content
6. Accomplish the deliverables and targets given on a weekly and monthly basis
7. Support and assist the HR manager with different program development for teams
8. Assist with in-house training and project work
9. Drive skill development initiatives
10. Directly report to the HR manager for all training-related deliverables
11. Use reporting dashboards and report to HR leadership regularly
12. Collaborate for the CSR activities
