DESCRIPTION:-
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HR administrative assistant to join our ambitious Human Resources dream team!

Your job will be to provide support to the work of the HR department by performing a variety of tasks. In this position, your primary duty will be to collect and manage all data pertaining to a business’ employees, but you will also be involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees.
Responsibilities:-
Answering employee questions
Processing incoming mail
Creating and distributing documents
Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
Setting appointments and arranging meetings
Maintaining calendars of the HR management team
Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
Participating in recruitment efforts
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
Preparing new employee files
Must haves:-
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
