HR Assistant : LEVEL-1

  • Vacancy of ( 5 Seats )
  • TRAINING:- We provide all necessary training so as to enable the candidate on the project.Trainees often work under the guidance of an experienced team member for the first few weeks of employment. Salary is also paid during the training period.
  • SHIFT TIMES: - Swing Shift  12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • JOINING:- Immediate Preferred
  • SALARY :- Rs.6,000.00 - Rs.15,000.00 per month CTC (Based on competency & experience) Candidate carrying relevant experience can look for better salary package.There is no variable component in this Package (No Incentive).


  • Getting the requirements from the HR Manager.
  • Analyzing the requirement and Understanding the job requirements of the company.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates for Full-Time positions from job portals.
  • Searching & Screening the candidates suitable for the Requirements.
  • Posting jobs & Mass Mailing on different job sites.
  • Handling initial telephonic contact in order to judge the candidate's experience, professional qualifications, suitability, academic, communication skills, Negotiating salaries, benefits and taking confirmation from candidates about relocation and submitting Resumes via e-mail in PDF format etc before coordinating with Manager.
  • Co-ordinate with the HR Interview Schedules.
  • Create & Manage the Database of Prospective Candidates.
  • Coordinating with interview Process and getting the feedbacks.
  • Capable of Negotiating and persuading the candidates to join the company on time.
  • Closing the position as per the companies specifications and Carrying out regular follow-ups with the candidates till they join.
  • Prepare and maintain Daily / Weekly reports for personal and management reference.
  • Work independently with limited direction and achieved targets.
  • To prepare EOD report and send it to the HR Manager on a daily basis.
  • Any other tasks the Immediate Supervisor may assign. 
  • QUALIFICATION :- HR Graduate-Fluent in English
  • EXPERIENCE:- Freshers & Experienced all are invited to apply for this position.
