Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
• Compile and update employee records hard copies and electronic copies.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Support in planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
  

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in HR ops domain.
• Effective HR administration and management skills.
• Good understanding of HR functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly computer literate with good capability Excel and PowerPoint
