Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team.
- Compile and update employee records hard copies and electronic copies.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Support in planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in HR ops domain.
- Effective HR administration and management skills.
- Good understanding of HR functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly computer literate with good capability Excel and PowerPoint
