• Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing the potential candidates through effective usage of  all possible sources like references, headhunting, job portals, databases, Linkedin etc.
• Ensuring Quality of hires for all positions within given timeliness.
  
• Coordination with Candidates & Interview panel throughout the process. Should have sound technical knowledge
  
• Maintaining the database of documents and all other information of all interviewed candidates.
  
• Ability to interact, develop a network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
