Job Description

Position: HR - Associate

Key Requirements :

Passion for HR
Knowledge and experience working of minimum 1 year.
People Skills
Good communication skills
Ability to take full responsibility of HR
Experience in service industry like Event Management, Exhibition Industry, Real Estate, Artist Management is an added advantage

HR Roles & Responsibilities:

Leaves and Attendance management
Handling the payroll
Managing performance appraisals
Recruitment (Developing a talent pool for organization’s growth)
Develop Training and Development programmes for team members
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives
Managing employee dossier (in soft form and hard form)
Plan and execute employee engagement activities on regular basis
Exit-interviews and Full and final settlement.
Helping team members resolve their work-related problems
