Job Description

Position: HR - Associate

Key Requirements :

  • Passion for HR
  • Knowledge and experience working of minimum 1 year.
  • People Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to take full responsibility of HR
  • Experience in service industry like Event Management, Exhibition Industry, Real Estate, Artist Management is an added advantage

HR Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leaves and Attendance management
  • Handling the payroll
  • Managing performance appraisals
  • Recruitment (Developing a talent pool for organization’s growth)
  • Develop Training and Development programmes for team members
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives
  • Managing employee dossier (in soft form and hard form)
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities on regular basis
  • Exit-interviews and Full and final settlement.
  • Helping team members resolve their work-related problems
