Detailed job description:
• Provide consultation and support on HR aspects, including core HR business partnership,
learning and development, organizational design and effectiveness, talent lifecycle,
employee relations
• Implement policies and workflows, and ensure compliance and employee utilization
through awareness drives and usage analytics
• Liaise with key stakeholders and drive HR initiatives across the Company
Expected skill sets:
• Experience as HR generalist, or in one or more specialist areas (compensation, benefits,
learning and development)
• Ability to develop relationships, and collaborate across levels
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and solution-orientation with limited directions
• Articulate, and able to express thoughts clearly – in oral as well as written communication
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
