Key responsibilities:
· HR Compliances: support on ensuring that the organization is compliant with all prescribed government regulations such as S&E Act, Factories Act, ESIC, and PF etc.
· Periodic Return Filings: ensuring the filing of regular reports and returns in the respective government offices required under the S&E Act, Factories Act, ESIC, PF.
· Renewal of statutory licenses: keeping track of validity period of license dates and liaising with the internal stakeholders, external legal consultants’ renewal of license.
· Online HR Compliance Management: managing the organization’s online HR compliance management system and submitting data/reports when required.
· HR Audits, Notice, Inspections: attend HR Audits, Notice, Inspections on areas of responsibility.
· Employee Insurance: Coordinating with third party vendor for providing Health insurance services to Syngene employee.
· Employee Annual Health Checkups: operations support to Syngene stake holders for conducting employee health checkups.
· Creche services coordinator: Managing Creche services through third-party vendor. Handle employee children creche enrolment process and any concerns/queries.
