Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS system.
2. Conduct data analysis and generate reports on key HR metrics.
3. Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
4. Support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
5. Assist in organizing and facilitating training programs for employees.
6. Support in developing HR policies and procedures.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
